Are you open 24 hours?
Yes. We answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends, holidays and bad weather. Late-night calls carry an after-hours rate, and you hear that number before we dispatch.
How fast can you get to me in Cincinnati?
Typical arrival is 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic, weather and location. Interstate calls on I-71, I-75 and I-275 are prioritized because waiting on a highway shoulder is dangerous.
How much do your services cost?
Roadside assistance starts at $59 during the day and $99 after 7:00 PM, with pricing based on distance. Fuel delivery starts at $49 for two gallons plus $8 per extra gallon. Used tire replacement service fee starts at $159 for 15–18 inch rim, 55-series or above (mounting and disposal included) plus the cost of the used tire during the day. After 7:00 PM, used tire replacement is priced all-in by size: starting at $249 for passenger 15–18 inch, $279 for passenger 19–20 inch and $300 for LT.
