What counts as a tire emergency
A blowout on I-71 at highway speed. A sidewall gashed by a curb in a dark parking garage. A flat in a neighborhood you don't want to stand around in. A spare you can't get to because the jack is missing, the lug key is gone, or the lug nuts were welded on by an impact gun at a quick lube.

What if I don't have a spare tire?
That's routine. We bring a tire in your size, or repair the damaged one if it's salvageable. Many newer vehicles ship with no spare at all, which is exactly why mobile tire service exists.
Can you get a locking lug nut off without the key?
Yes. We carry extraction sockets and remove locking lugs regularly without damaging the wheel. Bring it up on the phone so we plan for it.
Do you tow if the vehicle can't be fixed?
