What we collect

When you call, text or email us, we keep the details you give us — name, phone number, vehicle location and what happened — so we can dispatch help and follow up on the job. That's it. We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Analytics cookies

With your permission we use Google Analytics to see which pages help drivers find help fastest — page views, which buttons get tapped, and roughly where visitors come from. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not build profiles on you.

Analytics loads only after you accept. If you decline, no analytics scripts load and no analytics cookies are set — the site works exactly the same. We record the date and time of your choice in your own browser so you can always see when you last decided, shown in the panel above.

Calls and text messages

Texting us your location means you're okay with us replying by text about your service call. We only message you about your job — no marketing blasts.

Live location links

If we text you a tracking link during a service call, your phone only shares your location while you turn sharing on, and only with the driver working your job. We use it to find you and to show you where the truck is. When the job is closed the link stops working and we stop collecting location.

Your control

You can change your analytics choice any time on this page, or clear your browser data to reset it entirely. Want your service records removed? Ask us and we'll take care of it.
