What we collect

When you call, text or email us, we keep the details you give us — name, phone number, vehicle location and what happened — so we can dispatch help and follow up on the job. That's it. We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Analytics cookies

With your permission we use Google Analytics to see which pages help drivers find help fastest — page views, which buttons get tapped, and roughly where visitors come from. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not build profiles on you.

Analytics loads only after you accept. If you decline, no analytics scripts load and no analytics cookies are set — the site works exactly the same. We record the date and time of your choice in your own browser so you can always see when you last decided, shown in the panel above.

Our own website measurement

With the same permission, we also keep a first-party record of website activity on our own systems: pages viewed, which service pages interest you, whether you tapped Call, Text, Email or Directions, the campaign link you arrived from, your device type and an approximate region. A random ID is stored in your browser to tell repeat visits apart.

You stay anonymous unless you choose to give us your name, phone, email or service details — we never try to identify you any other way, we do not fingerprint your device, and we do not sell or share this information. Decline analytics and none of this is recorded.

When you send a service request through a form on this site, we store what you typed — name, phone, optional email, requested service, vehicle, location and your message — along with the page you sent it from, the campaign link you arrived on and your device type, so we can call you back and know where the request came from. We use it to provide service and follow up with you, nothing else. Ask us any time and we will delete it.

Calls and text messages

Texting us your location means you're okay with us replying by text about your service call. We only message you about your job — no marketing blasts.

Live location links

If we text you a tracking link during a service call, your phone only shares your location while you turn sharing on, and only with the driver working your job. We use it to find you and to show you where the truck is. When the job is closed the link stops working and we stop collecting location.

Your control

You can change your analytics choice any time on this page, or clear your browser data to reset it entirely. Want your service records removed? Ask us and we'll take care of it.
