02. Quote and dispatch
Service fee plus tire, quoted before we roll. Repeat accounts can be set up so drivers never handle payment roadside.

Yard, job site, dock or shoulder. We work around loaded vehicles rather than asking you to unload.
04. Correct spec, correct torque
Load range verified against the door placard, lugs torqued to specification, pressures set for the load.
05. Documentation
You get a clear record of what was done to which vehicle, which matters when you're tracking maintenance across a fleet.
WHAT YOU SHOULD ACTUALLY KNOW
Load range is not optional on a work vehicle
Commercial and cargo vehicles need tires with the correct load range — often Load Range E on a three-quarter-ton truck or a loaded van. Putting a passenger-rated tire on a loaded work vehicle overloads the casing, builds heat and causes failures. The load index on the sidewall has to meet or exceed what the door placard requires.
Trailer tires are a different animal
ST-rated trailer tires are built with stiffer sidewalls for load, not for handling, and most carry a speed rating well below highway speeds — often 65 MPH. They also age out faster than they wear out. A trailer tire with plenty of tread and a six-year-old DOT date is a blowout waiting for a hot afternoon.
Pressure discipline saves fleets real money
Ten percent underinflation costs measurable fuel economy and dramatically shortens tire life. On a five-vehicle fleet that's thousands of dollars a year. A monthly cold-pressure check across the fleet pays for itself faster than any other maintenance habit.
Dual wheels hide problems
On a dually, a flat inner tire is nearly invisible from outside and the outer tire will carry the load until it fails too. Check inner pressures with a proper dual-foot gauge — a walk-around will not catch it.

- Normal pricing runs 7:00 AM – 6:59 PM. Emergency after-hours pricing runs 7:00 PM – 6:59 AM, because suppliers are closed, operating costs are higher and roadside work at night is more hazardous.
- Pricing is based on travel distance from our Norwood dispatch office, the vehicle, the time of day and what the job actually takes.
- You get your exact number on the phone before a technician is dispatched. If we find something else on scene, we stop and re-quote — you decide before anything else happens.

Do you service semi trucks in Cincinnati?
No. We service light commercial vehicles — work vans, box trucks, contractor pickups, trailers and small business fleets. We do not service semi trucks, tractor-trailers or heavy-duty commercial rigs, and we say that up front rather than sending a truck that can't do the job.
How much is commercial roadside tire service in Cincinnati?
Service starts at $59 from 7:00 AM to 6:59 PM and $99 from 7:00 PM to 6:59 AM, plus tire cost where a replacement is needed. Multi-vehicle visits are quoted as one job, which is materially cheaper than separate calls.
Can you bill our company instead of the driver?
Yes. For repeat fleet accounts we set up invoicing in advance so your driver never has to arrange payment on the side of a road. Call us and we'll set it up before you need it.
Do you come to job sites and yards in Cincinnati?
Yes — job sites, yards, loading docks, parking structures and roadsides throughout Cincinnati and Hamilton County. Early-morning yard visits before dispatch are the most cost-effective way to use us.
Do you service trailer tires in Cincinnati?
Yes, including on loaded utility and equipment trailers when they can be safely supported. Trailer tires age out before they wear out, so we'll also tell you if the remaining tires on the trailer are living on borrowed time.
Can you handle multiple vehicles in one visit?
Yes, and you should ask for that. One visit covering several vehicles means one service fee instead of several, and it lets us do it on your schedule instead of during a breakdown.
