HQ is not a traditional auto repair shop, public garage or retail storefront. It is where our mobile operation lives. Customers arrange Pit service in advance rather than showing up unannounced — contact us and we'll confirm availability and give you arrival instructions.

That's approved case by case, and it never creates an exception to the no-tow policy — the vehicle must have originally arrived under its own power.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ACTUALLY ASK
Did Redneck Roadside Tech stop doing mobile service?
No. Mobile service is still the heart of the company. We didn't become a shop — we built a home base for the mobile service. HQ lets us stock more tires, maintain more equipment, support more technicians and stage calls faster, which makes the mobile side stronger, not smaller.
Can I have my vehicle towed to HQ?
No. We do not accept towed-in vehicles, ever. There are no tow-ins, no tow-truck drop-offs and no exceptions. If the vehicle cannot safely reach HQ under its own power, call us about mobile service options instead.
Can I just show up at HQ?
No. HQ is an operational base for the mobile service, not a retail storefront or public garage. Contact Redneck Roadside Tech first to check Pit availability and get arrival instructions.
What does a full synthetic oil change cost at The Pit?
5W-30 full synthetic is $49 with up to 5 quarts when you bring your own compatible filter, or $59 when we supply a standard service filter. Additional 5W-30 is $10 per quart. Qualifying 0W and specialty full synthetic is $69 bring-your-own-filter or $79 with our standard filter, and additional oil is $15 per quart.
What is the One-Tech Promise?
One vehicle, one technician, start to finish. The technician who starts your oil service is the technician who finishes it. There are no mid-service handoffs, so nobody assumes the other guy checked something — because there is no other guy.
Who actually works on my vehicle?
A trained automotive technician who has already completed well over 100 oil changes independently before they ever perform one for us. Your vehicle is not a training lab. Training here means learning our standards and checklist, not learning how to hold a wrench.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. Every Pit oil service includes a complimentary tire inspection and basic vehicle safety check at no additional charge. It is a basic safety inspection performed while we service the vehicle — not a comprehensive mechanical inspection, certification or state inspection.
Will you fix something you find without asking?
Never. We inspect, we inform, you decide. Finding a worn tire, bad bulb, tired wiper or dirty filter does not authorize us to replace it. If you want us to handle it, you get the price and approve the work before we touch it.
