TIRE POLICY
A few hard rules, so nobody wastes a trip or a phone call.
- We do not mount run-flat tires — their reinforced sidewalls need shop-grade equipment to seat safely.
- No towing and no winching or recovery — we are a mobile tire and roadside assistance company.
- We service 15–20 inch tire sizes where applicable; 21-inch and larger wheels are not serviced.
- 35-series tires are available as new tires only, and are mounted during daytime hours only.
- 40-series tires are mounted during daytime hours only.
- After 7:00 PM we mount nothing below 45-series, subject to truck inventory and availability.

STUDENT ROADSIDE CARE
High school and college students — any age, with a valid current student ID — get one qualifying standard roadside service for $39 when the disabled vehicle is inside Cincinnati city limits. Outside city limits the price increases by $10–$20 based on the vehicle's location and travel distance — normally $49–$59 total, given and approved before dispatch. Jump start, lockout, spare tire installation, or fuel delivery with up to 2 gallons included. After hours (7:00 PM – 6:59 AM) the student price is $79 inside Cincinnati city limits and $89 outside.

That covers jump starts, lockouts, flat tire changes, battery installation and fuel delivery. Those are starting prices — your exact number depends on distance, vehicle and the service requested, and you get it on the phone before we dispatch.
Why is every price listed as "starting at"?
Because no two roadside calls are the same. Tire size, tire type, vehicle type, distance, location, time of day, inventory availability, the service requested and any additional work you approve all affect the final price. We publish the honest starting point instead of a fake flat rate, then quote your exact price before any work begins.
How much is a used tire mounted and installed?
Used tire replacement starts at $159 for the service fee plus the cost of the used tire during daytime hours (7:00 AM – 6:59 PM). 15–18 inch rim, 55-series or above; mounting and disposal included. After 7:00 PM, used tire replacement is priced all-in by size: starting at $249 for passenger 15–18 inch, $279 for passenger 19–20 inch and $300 for LT. The tire cost depends on size, type and availability. Every used tire we install comes with a 45-Day Tire Defect Replacement Warranty.
How much does fuel delivery cost?
Two gallons delivered starts at $49. Additional fuel is $8 per gallon, up to a maximum of 10 gallons per call. We deliver gas or diesel anywhere in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, 24 hours a day.
What do you charge for stuck lug nuts or wheel locks?
Swollen or stuck lug nut removal is $10 per lug. Wheel lock removal starts at $59, depending on the lock type and how badly it's seized. These are the jobs that stop most roadside companies cold — we carry the extraction tools on the van.
Do you mount run-flat or low-profile tires?
We do not mount run-flat tires. Their reinforced sidewalls need shop-grade mounting equipment to seat safely, and a run-flat mounted wrong is a safety problem at highway speed. 35-series tires are available as new tires only and daytime only, 40-series is daytime only, and after 7:00 PM we mount 45-series and taller only, subject to truck inventory.
Why is after-hours pricing higher?
After 7:00 PM most tire suppliers and tire retailers are closed, so an emergency tire replacement depends on what's already stocked on the service truck or on emergency after-hours sourcing. Night roadside work also carries higher operating costs and more hazardous conditions — dark shoulders, live traffic, weather. Emergency after-hours pricing runs 7:00 PM to 6:59 AM and you hear the number before we roll.
Can the price change once you're on scene?
Only if you approve it. If we find a bent wheel, a destroyed TPMS sensor, seized lug nuts or a wheel lock with no key, we stop, show you what we found and quote it. No work happens without your approval, and if you say no you still pay only what you were originally quoted.
Why do arrival times vary?
We give you a realistic window rather than a number you want to hear. Traffic on I-71, I-75 and I-275, weather, where your vehicle is sitting, and how complicated the call ahead of you turns out to be all move the clock. If we're going to be later than the window we gave you, you get a phone call.
