HOW WE WORK AROUND HERE
The Combs-Hehl Bridge on the east side and the Carroll Cropper Bridge on the west both have limited shoulder, and we plan those calls carefully. The Kellogg Avenue and Colerain exits are common stopping points for drivers coming off the loop. Bridge crossings are also where wind and weather have the most effect on how we set up a work zone.
