Mount Washington Roadside Tire Help, Cincinnati

Mount Washington sits at the top of the Beechmont hill, and the hill itself generates calls. Brake-heavy descents, curb strikes on the older residential streets, and blowouts on the climb are all regulars for us.

HOW WE WORK AROUND HERE

Beechmont Avenue through the business district is busy but has usable shoulders in most spots. Sutton Road and Salem Road are residential and narrow, so we work from a driveway whenever the vehicle can get there. Around Stanbery Park the streets are level and quiet, which makes them a good place to move a drivable car with a slow leak.

SERVICES AVAILABLE IN MOUNT WASHINGTON

We also handle damaged lug nuts and wheel-lock removal as part of a tire call. We do not tow, winch, service run-flat tires, mount passenger tires 21 inches or larger, service 22.5-inch or 24-inch commercial tires, or perform TPMS resets or general mechanical repairs. Pull-Up Tire Service is call-ahead only.

MOUNT WASHINGTON — COMMON QUESTIONS

I blew a tire coming up the Beechmont hill. What now?

Get as far right as you safely can, hazards on, stay buckled if traffic is close, and call. We arrive with cones and lights and work the traffic side last.

Can you change a tire in my driveway here?

Yes, and a driveway is usually the safest option in this neighborhood. We need level, solid ground for the jack.

Do you fix wheels bent by a curb?

No. We inspect and tell you what we see, but we do not straighten wheels. We will not mount a new tire on a wheel we believe is unsafe.
