What affects arrival time

• Where you are. Norwood, Oakley, Hyde Park, Fairfax and Mariemont are close in. Batavia, Florence or the far end of I-275 add drive time.
• Time of day. The I-71/I-75 split at rush hour slows everyone down, including us.
• Tire availability. A repair uses what is already on the van. A specific new tire size may need to be picked up first.
• Weather. Ice storms and the first snow of the year create a queue. That is the honest answer.
