How Long Does Mobile Tire Service Take?

Realistic arrival and on-site times for Cincinnati, Norwood, the east side and Northern Kentucky — plus what makes a call slower and what you can do to speed it up.
The short answer
Most Greater Cincinnati calls see a van on scene within 30 to 60 minutes, and the tire work itself takes 20 to 40 minutes. A straightforward flat repair is often done end to end in under an hour.
What affects arrival time
- Where you are. Norwood, Oakley, Hyde Park, Fairfax and Mariemont are close in. Batavia, Florence or the far end of I-275 add drive time.
- Time of day. The I-71/I-75 split at rush hour slows everyone down, including us.
- Tire availability. A repair uses what is already on the van. A specific new tire size may need to be picked up first.
- Weather. Ice storms and the first snow of the year create a queue. That is the honest answer.
What makes your call faster
- Have the tire size ready from the sidewall (for example 225/65R17).
- Give a cross street, mile marker, or drop a pin.
- Say whether the vehicle is drivable and whether the spare is present.
- Tell us if you are on a highway shoulder — those calls get prioritized for safety.
