New Tire Concierge™ is a premium logistics service for customers who want a brand-new tire from a local tire retailer. We do not sell or warranty the tire. You purchase the tire, mounting, balancing and any extras directly from the retailer. We handle the rest: travel to your vehicle, safe wheel removal, transport to the retailer, waiting, return and installation. Starting at $100, available 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM daily.

How the service works
You confirm the make, model, tire size and a local retailer that has the tire in stock. We quote a firm price for the trip, the wheel removal and the return installation. Once approved, we dispatch to your location, remove the wheel, transport it to the retailer, wait while the tire is mounted and balanced, return and reinstall the wheel with lug nuts torqued to spec.
What is included
Travel from Norwood to your vehicle and back, safe removal of the wheel, transport to the selected tire retailer, return transport with the mounted wheel, and professional installation of the wheel on your vehicle. We also do a cold pressure check and a quick safety look before we leave.
What you pay the retailer
The tire itself, mounting, balancing, valve stem, road hazard warranty, taxes and any shop fees. We never mark up the tire or handle the retailer's payment. You pay the retailer directly, and you get the retailer's warranty and receipt.
What moves the total price
Distance from Norwood to your location and to the retailer, waiting time at the retailer ($1 per minute, $20 minimum), tire size and vehicle fitment, and any additional roadside work needed on scene such as wheel lock removal or a stuck lug nut.
Not available for used tires
If you want a used tire, use our standard Mobile Used Tire Replacement service. That service starts at $79 plus the cost of the used tire during the day and $99 plus the cost of the used tire after 7:00 PM. The New Tire Concierge™ is exclusively for brand-new tires from a local retailer.

What does the starting price cover?
The $100 starting price covers travel, wheel removal, transport to the retailer, return and installation on your vehicle. Waiting time at the retailer is $1 per minute with a $20 minimum. The tire itself is paid directly to the retailer.
Can I use New Tire Concierge™ for a used tire?
No. This service is exclusively for brand-new tires purchased from a local tire retailer. For used tires, use our standard Mobile Used Tire Replacement service, which starts at $79 plus the cost of the tire during the day and $99 plus the cost of the tire after 7:00 PM.
When is New Tire Concierge™ available?
It is available 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM daily, subject to the retailer's hours and inventory. It is not available outside this window.
