During these January visits, we provided appropriate professional responses and repairs for each issue. Our goal was, as always, to provide reliable service and ensure the customer's vehicle was functioning correctly based on the diagnostics performed during those specific appointments.
It is important to note the significant four-month gap between these successful January service visits and the complaint that was eventually filed in May. For four months, there was no indication of dissatisfaction or further mechanical issues reported to us regarding the work completed in January.
